Seeking CRM Sales Executive - Position based remote in Houston - Astadia

Astadia is seeking a Sales Executive to grow accounts in our Houston market and grow with our team.   The successful candidate will have experience in consultative selling and developing custom solutions for corporate or enterprise clients.  This position is responsible for selling all Astadia solutions and services to prospects and clients in assigned markets.  Individuals will be responsible for developing leads, qualifying supplied leads, selling of company services, preparing proposal material, and negotiating terms.  In addition, demonstration of technical solutions is expected and required. 

 

The position is also responsible for on-going client relationship management, up/cross-selling, and the successful closure of sales opportunities.  This sales executive will be expected to jointly sell with partners and other internal resources and personally contribute to complete selling tasks and efforts. 

 

Your skill set includes solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement, while building satisfied and referenceable customers. Candidates should have a passion for sales and 5+ years in software and/or applications sales selling primarily to the VP/CxO level (ideally in a CRM, ERP or B2B company), candidates should possess: a background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business; consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals and a Bachelors degree.
