PHP Library v10 is where?

Just caught Nick Tran et al's Dreamforce presentation regarding the new v10 PHP library - and the inclusion of sendEmail - wahoo.

Has it been released yet?  Anyone got a link?

It has not been released yet, I believe that Nick is waiting on a bug fix from Zend

I did catch that on the presentation...any idea of eta?  I'm trying to decide to implement myself or wait for the "real thing"
