Problem with salesforce stylesheet

Hi, Iam using Salesforce stylesheets(https://na1.salesforce.com/dCSS/Theme2/default/common.css,https://na1.salesforce.com/dCSS/Theme2/default/custom.css,https://na1.salesforce.com/css/assistive.css) in my .Net web application Scontrol.

The screens are turning black and white and all icons are missing when the user comes back to salesforce pages after using the .net scontrol.

Please somebody suggest whats going on here?
