Remote Access Authorization Page

Hi,

   I am trying to integrate Salesforce into my website so as to import contacts from Salesforce.

I got the sample URL from one of the website.

What mechanism are you trying to use to import the contacts? OAuth, Rest/Soap API? Both has different way of authenticating the user.
