We are seeking additional Technical Consultants to work as a client facing resource on joint engagements derived from our integration appliances strategic partner. You must have a willingness to accommodate heavy travel, and are comfortable in a developer or data management consultant-type role.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Technical skills:
•Database background (SQL, Oracle or MySQL) ~ 3-5 years of experience working with relational databases as a developer or data modeler/data management resource
•Experience as a developer with any of the following Java, .NET, C#, C, etc ~3-5 years of experience delivering code into production environments
•Full lifecycle software delivery experience (e.g. the candidate can articulate a standard software dev lifecycle with confidence, and has real-world delivery experience against that lifecycle)
•Hands-on experience with any Enterprise-level software or application layer (any ERP, CRM or Middleware stack – e.g. Seibel, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Epiphany Marketing, Informatica, Websphere, Tibco, BEA, MQ Series, etc)
•Strong skillset around XML, Web Services, and any scripting language such as JavaScript, PHP, or VBScript

Soft-skills:
•Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
•Client-facing experience as PM or EM on technical projects or Technical Architect role on project as team lead
•Proven ability to lead small teams, manage difficult clients, and embrace challenging projects with a positive attitude
•Ability to travel up to 100% (75% at a minimum typically, though we will do whatever we can to limit travel on any given project)
