configuration, business intelligence, and CRM deployment.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer term strategic goals, leveraging salesforce.com technology

- Work with sales and clients to quickly assess and scope implementation projects

- Role requires preparation, quick learning, strategic perspective, attention to detail, creativity, and excellent oral and written communication skills

- Provide technical solution input for several CRM applications, as well as other third party software, and hardware.

- Maintain responsibility for solution architecture; provide input to development team regarding key features, solutions gaps, and desired enhancements

- Work with the client to define change and release
management processes that leverage the integration model and facilitate the CRM
strategy
THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA; TELECOMMUTE
ALLOWED AND TRAVEL CAN BE EXPECTED.
Experience - External:
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of technical and/or business process consulting with at least 3 additional years of CRM implementation experience.

- 5+ years implementing enterprise applications, preferably CRM

- Solution architecture experience with global enterprise clients, preferably implementing integrated CRM solutions

- Extremely strong written and oral communication, negotiation, interaction management, and presentation skills are required

- University Degree required, preferably in computer science or a related field
