Experience - External:
Requirements
' Previous Salesforce.com implementation experience and hands on configuration experience.

' Basic relational database, programming and web technology skills required on 2 or more of the following:
- Object oriented programming principles
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- HTML
- .NET
- VB.NET
- C#.NET
- JSP/ASP.NET

' Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
' Previous technical support and consulting experience a plus
' Good communication skills
' Ability to manage schedule
' Other CRM experience a plus
' 4-year degree or equivalent in a technology field
