Seeking FT Salesforce.com Adminstrator/Marketing Assistant in Philadelphia Area

The Marketing Assistant will be based in Wayne, PA as part of the Marketing Operations team. The position will be responsible for the management and administration of Salesforce.com, marketing campaign administration and the implementation and support of marketing tools for a division within SunGard Financial Systems.

 

Salesforce.com

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of Salesforce.com from both a marketing and sales perspective
  • Act as advocate for marketing and sales to help them to leverage the power of e-marketing/sales tools to plan, manage and measure business results.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of users, hierarchies and reports, as well as data manipulation (importing, exporting, and transferring).
  • Ensure consistency of usage, compliance with best practices and integrity of data
  • Create and maintain documentation and job aids for using SFDC.  Create & document best practices tips & techniques
  • Stay up to date with the latest offerings from SFDC, attend seminars and training as necessary and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement to management
  • Assist with integration of any 3rd party vendors
  • Provide support and training to the super users and end users within the segment.
  • Work closely with Division and Segment level executives to define, execute and manage Salesforce.com strategic requirements

 

Marketing Campaign Administration

  • Act as point person of knowledge and know-how for loading, tracking and reporting marketing campaign results.
  • Act as a conduit to marketing segment managers and their line of business partners to ensure that campaigns are recorded and add value, foster results.
  • Specific oversight to include detail and summary level support on lead and campaign management, data integrity, custom reports/dashboard development, database acquisition and file import on prospects and customers.
  • Provide marketing campaign assistance to marketing team members to include support of events, direct marketing, collateral, etc
  • Assist with maintaining a group marketing database, including group registrations and trademarks, advertising listings, customer and prospect lists

 

Marketing Tools

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of web-based marketing tools
  • Assist in the rollout and implementation of tools within the segment, including the training and support of end users
  • Ensure consistency of usage, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data
  • Create and maintain documentation and job aids for using the tools
  • Assist in the development of templates for targeted activities, multifaceted campaigns and lead nurturing  

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business equivalent is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and other e-marketing/sales tools.
  • Strong training orientation and acumen.
  • 1-3 years marketing experience is necessary, with specific experience using Salesforce.com.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with various internal and external customers.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible in fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel as needed
