Full Time Position Description


Duties and Responsibilites:

- Co-produce daily, weekly, and monthly email marketing campaigns in a Salesforce-integrated environment
- Manage html coding, content proofing, layout design, and occasional content creation
- Coordinate, schedule, and adhere to a multi-layer calendar of email marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain Salesforce Reports, Campaigns, and other tools used in email marketing; manage de-duping, recategorization, and other database management tasks in Salesforce relevant to email marketing
- Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness
- Assist in occasional website maintenance
- Ensure rigorous standards of quality in all email communications, while successfully managing multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Be willing to take on other tasks as they may arise in a small, high-output organization
- Be an engaged, innovative, proactive member of our team, dedicated to helping achieve our mission


Required Qualifications/Experience:

- Advanced proficiency in html coding; proficiency with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and/or other editing programs
- Ability to manage diverse projects and deadlines in a fast-paced office
- Experience publishing/editing web or printed material; proven strong written communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and proactive


Desired Skills/Knowledge:

- Experience with Salesforce or other online CRM application
- Application development experience a plus
- Knowledge of Exact Target or other email marketing applications
- Experience with digital video editing, especially with Final Cut
- Passion for renewable energy
- Exceptional attention to detail
