Is it possible to setup/use standard answer template to certain questions in LIVE AGENT.

Hi Max, 

 

This is also called Quick text
 
Setup> App Setup > Customize > Cases > Quick Text

You can add new messages by accessing the Quick Text tab and creating new rercords.
