Execute Anonamous in Developer Console Issue

The video demo shows an execute button at the bottom of the window that opens up to enter Apex Code.

When I click "Click here to enter Apex Code" A window opens up but the code text box occupies the entire window below the title bar. Stretching the bottom of the window just expands the text  box. Is there something I can do to see the execute button or execute the code I enter?

Windows 7

IE9

I have IE9. Maybe it's the 64-bit version that's the problem. I had similar issues with other websites. Popup windows refuse to show the buttons that are supposed to be at the bottom. Google Chrome solves the problem there as well.

What version of IE do you have?

'If you use Internet Explorer, Salesforce recommends using the latest version'

I have IE9 and don't have to strech the window to see the execute button.
