Has anyone encounetered this error before?
Failure Message: "System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: ENTITY_IS_DELETED, entity is deleted: []"

You are using a custom trigger or an app exchange app ?
Thanks for your response. This error, i got when deploying to Production. About 40 test clases failed with same error originating from same class same line number. 3 days later, when tried to deploy, it was fine. However it would be good to know the cuase.
We do have a lot of App Exchange apps in our org and also many triggers.
