Sforce Connector

I need to know if there is a possibility to use Sforce Connector having a Professional Edition. While ago it worked perfectly but the new releases seem that don't work. Now I'm getting a pop up box telling me: "Exemption code 5069".
 
If there is no possibility, is there any other program that could provide me similar functionality?. 
 
I'll appreciate some help on this.

i'm not sure what that error is, it should still work if you install the office toolkit

Then, you can use a modern tool like queryAmp from ForceAmp, find this on the AppExchange

I had the same problem when I install the sforce connector. One needs to make sure that the sforce_connect.xla file is in the C:\Program Files\salesforce.com\ directory. Unzip the install file and place the xla file in the directory mentioned above. Let me know if you want me to email you the file. Thanks Stephen
