please tell me how to polling  for closed case in crm system

Create an Outbound Message that is triggered off the Case update event. Host an ASMX web service that listens for outbound messages and then checks each updated Case to see if its been closed.

Even better, you should be able to use a filter in the OM / Workflow setup so that the Outbound message is only triggered for newly closed cases.
