Variables do not appears in email template

Hello,

I have a email template, this email is related to Lead, if I send a test of email template or an workflow I recieve the email with the variables, but if I send for a Send Email button in Activity History, the variables of template do not appears.

 

Anybody can help me?

check the field level security for running user.

I am the Administrator, if I send the workflow template or by itself it works but when I send the list related button it does not appear.
