Unable to login in Apex data loader

I am trying to login to Apex data loader, I have changed my seeting to test.salesforce.com and I have even added my IP address to network access however, I am not able to login to data loader.

I tried to find Reset my Security Token but it is not available in My Personal Information.

Please help me out if you know any different way..!

Hoping for an early reply..!

mittal, If you have an IP address set for your user id, you no longer need a security token. Try with just your user id and password - it should be from the IP address you set it up with.

There are two options for logging in after changing the Instance(test or login.salesforce.com) -

1. Use combination of Password and security Token in password field.
For getting Token: Go to Personal Setup-> My Personal Information -> Reset My Security Token. And click Reset Security Token button, You will get an email from Salesforce having your security token.

2. Add the Network access: (As specified by Ram- Yes, here you won't need token)
Administration Setup -> Security Controls -> Network Access. From here add new range of Ip address.
