page layout new option is not avilable in my custom objects

hi am using developer edition i create some objcet

but now i have to craete page layout to that objcet but now i clcik on page layout but on tht "NEW" option is not visable to me

 

plz can any one knw replay me

Hi,

 

Plz make sure you have sufficient permission in your profile. To edit or create new layout you must have checked 

"Customize Application" checkbox under "System Permission" section of profile.
