page lay out and record type option are not showing in my login

page lay out and record type option are not showing any coustamize objects in my profile

 

here showing only edit there is no option for creating new page layout  and am not showing record type option?

You must have a restricted profile. Is someone else with the same profile able to do what you are not? Get youself into a profile that has acces to viewing/editing page layout and record type.
