Partner Portal Error

While accessing the Partner Portal I got following error.

 

1. You do not have the PRM Appexchange installed app in the set of custom apps on your profile.

2. UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION: PRM PORTAL SESSION NOT INITIALIZED.

 

Anybody knows why this error comes up??

What is the PRM is it Account,name.Have you enable Partner Portal for your organization.

Before Working with either custom portal or partner portal we need to enable it.

check it once.

Kulkarni did you ever figure this out?  I'm now getting this error.  it's a new PRM setup and the thing I'm seeing is the profile is set as API only user (Unable to change it on my custom profile because it's locked) however the log for the user are saying it's failing because it's API only.   So I'm in this catch 22.  It's been escalated to tier 3 so we'll see what happens.
