Can I customize the "Add Products to this Opportunity" page layout

When you create a opportunity and select products to add, it then brings up a screen to Add Products to this opportunity from a price book.   Can I customize this Add Products to this opportunity display.   If so, how do you get to this screen to change the code.

Setup > Customize > Opportunities > Opportunity Products > Page Layouts > Edit > Edit Multi-Line Layout. You can also manually override the pages using the Buttons and Links section under Opportunity Products.
