Company Overview
Voices.com is an awarding winning web service that provides an online marketplace where businesses connect with professional voice actors to complete multimedia projects such as radio and television commercials, recordings business telephone systems, and even characters for video games.
Objective
To remove the frame from the Salesforce.com powered FAQ's on http://www.voices.com/faq.html, with the goal of having each solution as a stand-alone HTML page.
Current Practice
Voices.com have integrated the solutions from Salesforce on its website giving users the ability navigate through the FAQ's, view solutions and print-off related documents.
Goals
To remove the frame, and rewrite FAQ's and solutions as HTML pages.
Solution
To achieve this goal, Voices.com will work closely with a Salesforce.com developer who has:

- Knowledge of the Salesforce.com API, specifically how Solutions and the FAQs operate
- Experience with HTML, CSS
- Adheres to best practices of Information Architecture such as file naming, field naming, field mapping
Milestones
- Deliver a prototype solution for a test import by November 15, 2007
- Fully deploy the improved FAQ area by November 30, 2007
