Responsibilities
Client is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a Senior Technical Architect to lead, define, design and develop the integration of salesforce.com with other core applications. This candidate will assist in the on-time, on-budget, high quality delivery of Salesforce.com solution implementations. This position resides within the IT team and liaises with all divisions and functions touching Salesforce.com. The individual also maintains documentation, develops best practices, and champions process improvements for Salesforce.com integration management. Works within the Hosted Contact Management Solutions Team to assist in leading the design and development of salesforce.com integration initiatives.
Senior Development Manager interfacing with GPC Technology and Business Partners to document salesforce.com design, product roadmap and development schedules. The Technical Architect will participate in business process due diligence, creation and documentation of end user requirements of new and/or existing customer application implementation projects. This candidate will create, document and test system interface specifications and client business processes. This position entails creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as business requirements, user guides, process flows, status reports, configuration worksheets, project binders, etc. with all pertinent project information. This individual may also be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver applications and integrations.
Qualifications
3+ Years Experience in Enterprise Development and Design for the salesforce.com platform. Extensive working knowledge of APEX, AJAX, salesforce.com standard and custom object development and deployment experience of a hosted platform critical to this position. 10+ years in Experience in Technology Solutions requested. Financial Services and Technology preferred.
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of technical and/or business process consulting or Enterprise Architecture experience and at least 3 additional years of Solution Architect experience. The ideal candidate has expertise in Integration and SOA/Web Services implementations.

Extremely strong written and oral communication, negotiation, interaction management, and presentation skills are required
Data management knowledge
Demonstrated experience with testing methodologies
BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
