Responsibilities:

 

  • At least 1+ years experience in Salesforce.com. 
  • 2-5+ years of Business Analysis in software development and technology implementation. 
  • Analyze user requirements and issues and provide the best fit solution by writing technical specifications while maintaining the integrity of existing applications. 
  • Assist with upgrades, new implementations, and integration with existing systems. 
  • Understand end to end business processes and liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes. 
  • Maintain detailed project plans, gap and risk analysis, manage quality assurance and testing processes. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 
  • Addition skills with Apex, SOQL development or other web based technologies is a plus.
