Salesforce.com customization and configuration

Good day,

 

I am an independent consultant and eighteen year veteran of the technology industry.  My specialty is helping companies figure out how to become more successful utilizing CRM best practices and salesforce.com.  

 

I have experience in the following areas:

* Process definition and refinement in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Support

* Customize objects, fields, page layouts, etc.

* Import, export, clean, de-duplication, and verify
* Create and customize reports and dashboards

* Integrate external applications

* Build applications on the Force.com platform for internal use or to list on the App Exchange

* General System administration
