Salesforce.com Professional in Dallas/Fort Worth

I am a Salesforce.com professional in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I am currently seeking a full time or contract position as a Salesforce.com Administrator.

 

I began working with Salesforce.com in 2005. My experiences include:

 
  • Identifying initial solution requirements
  • Data preparation and loading
  • Solution design and implementation for company-wide and/or departmental initiatives including Sales, Service and Support, Account Management, Product Management, Development and IT
  • Comprehensive reporting, dashboard, workflow, and alerts implementation
  • Internal and client-facing web-to-case and email-to-case functionality
  • Ongoing support of all items listed above, user management, and data maintenance
 

Additionally, I have 12+ years experience in the technology industries including CRM implementation, software development and support, telecommunications, and technical support and service.
