Able to create tables, fields?

I've been able to pull out database structure... and data... but is there a way to do the reverse to paste the data into a new org?

So you are pulling data out of an object in one Org via PHP? 

 

You cannot paste the data into a new org, you would have to either create it or upsert it to the new org/area
