Ensemble CRM Solutions, based in San Francisco, provides specialized Salesforce.com consulting, implementation, and project solutions to our clients.

We work primarily with companies in the the SMB market, but we are also engaged with several larger companies.

As a "Sr. Salesforce Consultant", you will assume a key service delivery role for the company, and you will report directly to the company owner.

Your key responsibilities:

-- Take full ownership of one or more company accounts, ensuring that clients' needs are being met as required and on time, on budget.

-- Provide strategic and tactical "hands on" Salesforce.com solution consulting and best practices recommendations.

-- Delegate project deliverables to our Apex developers and other consultants, as required.

-- Conduct business process reviews and requirements analysis with clients, delivering functional and technical requirements for execution.

-- Provide "hands on" production changes to all aspects of the Force.com platform, with the exception of Apex development.

-- Participate in company strategy discussions, and actively assist in guiding the strategic growth of the company.

HIRING DETAIL

*** This is a full-time contract position ***

Pay is hourly. You can expect to work on average 30 or more billable hours per week, based on your availability and interest.

Part-time contract will also be considered, as long as you are available during business hours in your time zone.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

-- 5+ years of professional experience in one or more of these roles:

Business analyst, support engineer, systems engineer, project manager, Salesforce.com administrator, Salesforce.com (authorized) consultant, technical account manager.

-- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com administration, implementation, and/or design for at least one 20-user Enterprise-level implementation.

-- Current knowledge of Force.com platform functionality and at least two CRM modules (e.g. Sales, Service)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

-- Hands-on and/or design of at least 2-5 mid-size or large-scale Salesforce.com implementations or applications.

-- 5+ years Salesforce.com end user and/or administrator experience.

-- At least 1 Salesforce.com credential, such as Authorized Consultant.

ADDITIONAL DETAIL: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will wear several hats, depending on the client and the project: project manager, business analyst, technical account manager, and solutions consultant.

While working with our clients, you will help identify opportunities to grow and expand our strategic relationship with both our customers and our partners.

You will serve as a point of escalation for issues that are raised either by the client or by the project team.

You will also be responsible for recommending improvements to company service delivery operations.

Finally, you will help develop and manage the professional services budget, and you will participate in company strategic planning sessions.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Ability to listen, read, analyze, interpret and document customer business requirements. Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to effectively present information to top management, clients, external groups, and/or boards of directors.

Ability to define problems or objectives, to collect and analyze data, establish timelines, and manage to projects to conclusion. Ability to develop short and long term goals and objectives to meeting the clients business requirements.

IT/TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong productivity application use, VOIP, IM, web conferencing, audio conferencing, Salesforce.com "click to configure."

Understanding of development methodologies is a big plus. Ability to leverage the company's own Salesforce.com Org to better manage client relationships and client work.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

If you excel in your position, you may become eligible for company profit-sharing, as you assume more responsibilities.
