How many Account records can be imported in Developer edition?

Hi

 

I wasn't able to find this info. How many account records and contact records can be imported in a Salesforce developer edition?

20 MB data space..... i.e. apprx. 1000 Accounts and Contacts.... (Actual no of records will vary depending upon no. of custom fields you have on these objects.

I had actually hit the storage limit exceed error, thats why I asked. Thanks for the inputs!!!!!

Ok. delete the old records using the data loader, console or the delete records wizard.

The number of custom fields is irrelevant to the number of records you can store. Each account or contact is 2kb each. Attachments and notes use extra space.
