NOW HIRING: Force.com/ Cloud Computing Software Developer - Sheffield, UK

As a result of growing sales to top FTSE 100 companies, we are looking for passionate, talented, and resourceful Software Developers to join us in our Sheffield UK office.

This is the ideal role for an experienced developer/ programmer with a wide skill set, to develop their career in a rapidly growing and exciting technology space – cloud computing.

This role requires someone with the confidence to learn new technologies, who possesses skills in a range of programming languages, can work with high profile clients, and who loves programming and innovation. Equally important is the ability to build great software, coupled with the enthusiasm and drive to continue learning.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• 2-3+ years commercial development/ programming experience
• Strong Web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, and PHP
• An understanding of web services, e.g.. SOAP.
• Strong object-oriented programming experience, e.g.. Java, .NET and a love of programming.
• Force.com development experience is a significant advantage, but is not a requirement – we will provide excellent training.
• An understanding of relational databases and query languages (e.g.. SQL).
• A passion for the web and web 2.0 and the ability to create and apply computer science to solve complex problems. BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• High levels of motivation, initiative, energy, enthusiasm and intelligence.
• Good customer facing skills.

The successful candidate will be a fast learner, a good communicator, be committed to delivering quality results on a challenging schedule, and be able to function independently as well as part of a team.

Benefits

Competitive salary between £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on skills and experience, reviewed regularly
