Delete an email alert activated by a time trigger

would like to delete an email alert created by a time trigger on opportunity object. we can do it from the interface from Monitor -> time based workflow tab. how to do it using triggers? what is the api name for timebased workflow tab under monitor header?

Could you explain why you want to do this, there might be a better way (indeed, I'm not even sure you can do that)

I dont think this object is exposed to us. i think name of the object/process is DataManagementManageWorkflowQueue
