scenario with admin part related

hi friends

pls help me with this simple scenario

I have 200 users ,in that i want to restrict "user 1" to view ,edit, or delete oppurtunity standard object only...how do i do this ..?

Create Permission set and make permission in permission set according to requirment ,Which overwrite your profile permission.and assign permission set to user 1

You can give the necessary permissions to a profile and then assign that profile to this user1.
