Can I log a case through Help & Training in a developer environment?
I want to enable the territory function in my developer environment.
And there is a step to log a case to salesforce.
But I cannot log a case in the Help&Training Window.
After clicking 'Open a case' I have to login again and again.
Can I log a case through Help & Training in a developer environment?

Hi Ying,
Developer Org is used mainly for testings and development purposes. Submiting a case is not currently supported using Developer Org. you have to use your Production Org. to log a case.

I have a similar problem, I contacted the SF guys with the support link you gave.
Did not actually raise a case. I cannot raise one from a developer edition correct?
Can you help me with the same?
