Essential functions of a Senior Developer at Sales Optimizer:
A Senior Developer at Sales Optimizer functions as a business analyst and technologist.  Senior Developer gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating technical competency related to all products and services offered by Sales Optimizer.  Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and system requirements, estimating the scope of projects, designing, coding, and testing custom technology solutions on Salesforce and the Force.com platform, data migration, and supporting system implementation and deployment.

Senior Developers in the firm are required to have:
•    3 -15 years of relevant development experience with at least one of the following technologies : Force.com / Apex, Java, C#, relational databases
•    Minimum of 6 months experience with Apex & Visual Force

In addition, successful Senior Developers will have the following preferred background:
•    Previous consulting experience
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
•    Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
•    Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
•    A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Information Systems
•    Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
•    Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification
•    Salesforce.com Developer Certification
•    Salesforce.com Advanced Developer Certification
•    Salesforce.com Consultant Certification
