Essential functions of a Developer at Sales Optimizer:
A Developer at Sales Optimizer functions as a technologist.  Developer gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating technical competency related to all products and services offered by Sales Optimizer.  Responsibilities include designing, coding, and testing custom technology solutions on Salesforce and the Force.com platform, data migration, and supporting system implementation and deployment.

Developers in the firm are required to have:
•    0 -5 years of experience with or demonstrated knowledge of at least one of the following technologies : Force.com / Apex, Java, C#, relational databases

In addition, successful Developers will have the following preferred background:
•    Demonstrated experience with the Force.com platform
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
•    A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Information Systems
•    Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
•    Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification
•    Salesforce.com Developer Certification
•    Salesforce.com Advanced Developer Certification
