When working for a publicly traded company I:
Participated in the evaluation and selection of a CRM system to replace an obsolete system. We chose Salesforce.
Configured Salesforce.com for use. This involved supporting both inside and outside sales teams, each of which addressed different markets and used different sales methodology.
Migrated the old CRM data into Salesforce, adapting, cleansing and enhancing it along the way.
Gave training to the sales teams.
Configured and activated several third party tools.
Provided first line support to the sales teams.
Supported upper management, including the VP of Sales and Marketing, with dashboards, charts and reportage.

Later, with my own company I:
Configured and used Salesforce to track and manage leads and customers.
Used the Salesforce API and Ruby on Rails to build a near real-time interface to extract lead data so that I could perform lead scoring.

Recently for a growing client in San Francisco I
Wrote Apex triggers and workflow rules.
Did configuration, sandbox testing and deployment.

Salesforce is an incredibly powerful tool. It can easily overwhelm a novice. I am a software engineer and a Salesforce Administrator. I can help.
