The Education Consultant is expected to clearly articulate complex concepts to audiences with varying degrees of knowledge in a personable manner and be aware when to use relevant techniques for those with different learning styles.

The Ideal Candidate must have exemplary presentation and demonstration skills in all media types, both online and static. The Education Consultant will develop end user curriculum as needed. The Education Consultant will lead discussions on various problem-solving techniques using Salesforce CRM application knowledge.The Education Consultant will work with Authorized Training Center Manager on schedule,budget, and sales of seats. The Consultant will work to promote the classes through referrals,trade shows, and former class attendants.

Qualifications:

• Authorized Salesforce.com Administrator (desirable)

• Prior experience full or part time as a technical instructor with Salesforce CRM or another CRM application and maintain the relevant certification

• Bachelors degree required

• 3+ years experience in a training environment or with Salesforce.com

• Ability to manage a classroom environment and handle difficult situations with utmost professionalism

• Prior experience delivering multi-day training classes in a classroom or virtual environment

• Professional attitude and manner that reflects the high standards of the Salesforce.comadministrator program

• Track record of receiving documented, high customer satisfaction scores

• Prior experience training on customized software solutions

• Willingness to undergo certification programs to become a certified Salesforce.com instructor

• Willingness to travel 50-80%
