Data Analyst Responsibilities:
* Data management, analysis and manipulation 
* Batch/bulk exports and updates of data 
* Regularly perform data de-duping and cleanup procedures 
* Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
* Deliver training and communication to business users 
* Work with development to integrate proprietary data with Salesforce.com
* Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to support business operations. 

Salesforce Admin Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer Salesforce.com instance 
* Developing and maintaining s-controls, AppExchanges and Force.com pages 
* Integrate Salesforce with other third party solutions 
* Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas 
* Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow 
* Recommend, implement, test, and deploy Visualforce pages 
* Recommend, implement, test, and deploy Apex classes and triggers 
* Recommend Salesforce and data management best practices 

Skills/Qualifications: 
* Excellent project management skills
* Experience with SFDC administration and implementation 
* Proficient in data manipulation (Excel, Access, FileMaker Pro) 
* Prefer Database experience (sql) 
* Outstanding written, presentation and communication skills
* Great team player and a good sense of humor is a must
* Desire to work hard and run fast

Education: 
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology or related discipline, and or the ADM 201 and 301 Salesforce Certifications. 
* Masters Degree preferred but not required
