salesforce integration with OTRS (ticket requesting system)

Hi All,

 

 I am trying to integrate salesforce with OTRS(open source ticket request system) system. if any one have a idea in this, please give me a procedure. its urgent task.

Never worked with OTRS but when you say you are trying to integrate, what exactly are you trying to acheive.
Do you want to create records in salesforce when a ticket is created in OTRS or the other way around.

Does OTRS has some form of a webservice which can be called by salesforce.
If OTRS supports this then you can use Apex Callouts to acheive this.
