How to save a generated pdf in a specific local drive rather than downloads folder when I save

I am generating a quote pdf in salesforce using VF. When I genearate a pdf this should save inside a given directory in local system. I know this is something strange but anybody has a workaround for this. Thanks in advance

I am assuming the quote is generated by the standard salesforce functionality where you cannot put your customized code.

 

There are some JavaScripts and other local scripts which run locally and can be used to read or change certain browser values beyond which scripts are not allowed to change other browser parameters. And unfortunately, default download or save as location is one such attribute.

 

Although some new browser can be set to remember the last download location. And whenever yupo save a file can default to same location or it can be set to ask each time.
