We have a great opportunity for an Administrator/Developer to join a leading organisation in Oxfordshire, UK as Salesforce.com Manager:
Responsibilities include:
• Manage a Salesforce environment with 100 Users and 30 Partner Users
• Develop and installed multiple upgrades and enhancements, including:
- The Partner Portal for partners with security configuration
- Echosign e-signature software
- CTI Phone integration
- Multiple Email-2-Case
• Testing using a Sandbox Environment
• Working with internal and external teams to maintain and advance end-to-end sales and support processes, ensuring data is captured and distributed efficiently
• Managing training, support and feedback loops for all users
This role is open to contractors based in the UK, or permanent employees. Must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
