Another error upgrading Managed Package

Looks like we're having a similar issue to the others listed here. In talking with several support people, they didn't have any idea why it was happening, so it might be good to get a FAQ or something in the SF support script.

Error - 369304800-5376 (-2055400066)
Case - 02292310

Any suggestions?

If it helps, I can find this additional info in the internal diagnostics:

This custom app label already exists. You must enter a unique label. fullName: Aikido

Obviously this is a bug and should have shown you a proper error message in the Ui.
