How to Add a custom page layout created for standard object in Package

I need to add a custom page layout in Package , but Add option for Package there is no PageLayout .

how can i add a pagelayout to Lead object in package ??

can we do that in package?

Any estimate when the next release (that will allow a custom page layout to be added to a package) will be available?

By November at the latest.  Look for an exact date on our trust.salesforce.com site in the coming weeks.
