CRM Manager/Administrator – London – £30k – Permanent
End User has a requirement for a CRM Manager to maintain their internal Salesforce.com CRM system, data cleansing and carrying out system customisation and improvements.
Requisite skills and experience:
- Professional marketing or B2B sales experience
- Experience of implementing a CRM strategy with complex segmentation
- Proficiency in email marketing with demonstrable knowledge of best practice
- Functional HTML skills with an understanding of cross-email client optimisation are required
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com™. Previous experience as a salesforce.com™ Administrator is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise with search engine optimisation and Google Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRM programme: ensure the smooth running of the CRM programme, taking responsibility for all reporting and leading the development and implementation of expanded segmentation
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that calling activity is integrated into marketing campaigns and/or based on territory accounts
- Ensure internal Salesforce.com™ is set-up to allow easy tracking of telesales activity and that agents are properly trained
- Report on progress of telesales and highlight areas for improvement on a bi-weekly basis
- Website optimisation and maintenance
- Seek to improve traffic and on-site registration by ensuring the corporate website is optimised for search
- Build, test and distribute quarterly internal newsletters
