Salesforce Administrator Opportunity - Market-Leading Firm in the Bay Area - San Bruno, CA

Twenty Recruitment are currently helping an interactive marketing firm based in the Bay Area hire a Salesforce Administrator.

 

Our client is at the cutting edge of interactive marketing and, as a leading firm in this marketplace, is rapidly expanding due to new client wins.

In this role the Salesforce Administrator will have to work with multiple business units to understand complex business processes and strategies. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

Key responsibilities include:


- Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business systems and user requirements
- Configure applications to meet business requirements and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com (SFDC) on all campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account and revenue activities
- Assist with integration of third-party vendors
- Provide guidance for workflow template development and data filtering criteria
- Ensure consistency of usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data. Provide oversight on mass data uploads.
- Provide training and administrative support for users; administer accounts, permissions, and configurations; and keep current on enhancements/documentation for Enterprise Business Applications (CRM, ERP, SFA , PSA, etc.)

 

For this role you must be degree educated with over 5 years experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator. You should have advanced relational database knowledge and familiarity with T-SQL scripts and performance tuning. Comprehension of normalization, stored procedures and triggers are needed also.

 

Ideally you will have experience with Web Services and scripting language (JavaScript, Perl, XML) and SharePoint but must have an understanding of Business Analytics and the metrics that drive management decisions, and the ability to build reports and queries to support such metrics.

 

Finally you should understand basic concepts and best practices of Sales Force Automation and the statistics and metrics that drive and support the sales process as well as the nous to develop Business Intelligence reports to support KPIs, performance and profitability.
