Any suggestions on a Time card\Time sheet application?

We have a bunch of users here that work "Flexible" hours, full time but not always 8 hours in a row.  We need a sort of clock in clock out application.  In addition we would like to be able to track our OT for our non excempt employees.  All of this will eventually go back to which opportunity or account the exempt folks are working on so I figured SFDC was the right place.

Any suggestions for applications?  Anyone doing this themselves?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Have a look at TimeControl (www.timecontrol.com)

It can handle your flex time (banked hours) as well as let you put time in at any time of the day (start/stop system).

Oh, and it's very affordable too!  Try it for free here: http://www.timecontrol.com/download/register/

We use Replicon. For tracking in the way you describe, it's VERY easy to set up and for employees to use. Multilevel projects, people working on multiple projects and billing different rates for different tasks, and much more. It's easy to share data with billing and payroll, too.
