Visualforce Tab in Professional Edition

I can't seem to locate the answer to this one:

 

If an AppExchange Package includes a Visualforce tab and VF page with a custom controller, can it be installed in Professional Edition?

Yes, you can install Apex Code (including VF custom controllers) in PE as long as the managed package has been authorized. This is done after you've completed the Security Review.
