Hello,

I found your info on a SF posting board. I have a project. We are a payment processing company and in our underwriting process we are required to pull a variety of documents from outside sources. I would like to automate these “pulls” the best we can to increase efficiency. I have attached a basic run down of the sites we go to and the procedures (password required etc). We have other SF work that needs to be done but this is our primary goal. Please let me know if this is a project you are interested in and qualified to take on.

Salesforce Immediate Needs - Rough Integration Plan

  1. Our staff member will enter in a potential client to Salesforce or into one of our programs that would populate Salesforce.
  2. Salesforce will need to have fields added to database and store some of the info. My understanding is this is not difficult.
  3. The team needs to pull documents from a variety of places in order for us to complete our process. This takes time and is cumbersome.
  4. Goal will be to have the record created in Salesforce “call out” to as many of the offsite resources and capture what we need and sent back to our team to review. It would be perfect when the info and documents come back that they could be dumped into the SF record. The docs could be sent to another place but in the record would be the best.

URL and info on places we get data

TIN (Tax ID Number) Verification

Here is the link we use to verify the TIN. In order for a member for our team to login to this system each team member needs their own password. This link cannot be bookmarked or the computer freezes and there are rules about “storing data”. I am not sure if this will cause an issue or if there is a way to code around the possible issues. I am optimistic you will be able to determine the viability by looking at the link.

TIN*: www.irs.gov / https://la2.www4.irs.gov/pub/rup_login_1?TYPE=33554432&REALMOID=06-3e42c2f4-1c41-0019-0000-25b0000025b0&GUID=&SMAUTHREASON=0&METHOD=GET&SMAGENTNAME=-SM-lN4m2MeBzvpK2Zc991fXLaMzNvGt9jb9AHtUPJPxhdLy2F%2bmG32i%2fn2DQhFcgoX%2f&TARGET=-SM-HTTPS%3a%2f%2fla2%2ewww4%2eirs%2egov%2fRUP%2fnewSelectPersonality%2f%3fTYPE%3d33554432%26REALMOID%3d06--42d3d179--ae36--0006--0000--4d5700004d57%26GUID%3d%26SMAUTHREASON%3d0%26METHOD%3dGET%26SMAGENTNAME%3d--SM--lN4m2MeBzvpK2Zc991fXLaMzNvGt9jb9AHtUPJPxhdLy2F-%2bmG32i-%2fn2DQhFcgoX-%2f%26TARGET%3d--SM--https-%3a-%2f-%2fla2-%2ewww4-%2eirs-%2egov-%2fPORTAL----PROD-%2fCRM-%2fsignon-%2ehtml

MATCH is a database we use for underwriting. This system has a user name and password. Also, there is a little RSA Secure ID devise that our team has. This device changes the last 6 digits of the password every 90 seconds.

UN: Rxxxxxxxx / PW: 2233xxxxxx   (RSA SecureID – changes every 90 seconds)

Credit Pulling

We have two credit reporting agencies we use. Kroll and Credico. We need to have the ability to pick which one will be assigned to the record (different merchants get a different pull).  Here are the links. Each of these has a User Name and Password associated with pulling the record.

PP CBR (KROLL)*: https://widow1.factualdata.com/ginny/main.aspx?BWLOGIN(LOGIN())

CG CBR (CREDICO): http://www.credcoservices.com/

                UN/PW

LEXIS*: https://risk.nexis.com/AMLSolutions/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2famlsolutions%2fdefault.aspx

Currently we pull data from Lexis Nexis. Each user has their own username and password. We have a few different pull configurations that would need to be integrated. Basically, some business we pull more on than others..

PATRIOTS:           We are currently going to these locations manually and searching by Business Name and Principal(s) name. If SF could “call out” and grab some pages (we could set how many) that would be great. My thinking here is this; if we could get a snapshot of these sites pulling the info from business name and principal and then it gets “dumped” into the record. We could make a decision to go further and dig more manually. If everything comes back pretty clean we could move on. These are all free sites with no passwords or user names required.

Additional URL’s: These do not require user names and passwords. The ABA confirmation can be done from an internal program we have here as well. We download the info from the FED and make the ABA numbers available. We also use it in our check verification. So, it may be easier to pull it from us rather than the FED>
