Web to lead - auto populate contact method for various forms

Hi, 

 

I need someone who can quote to program the following:

 

We have two different Web enquiry forms on our Web site.  We need to custom code so that each time a visitor makes an enquiry the correct contact method field auto-populates on the lead profile so that we can differentiate the source.
