adimoshu Multiple fields on same line
I am trying to place two fields on the same line in a section.
See this example:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Section Name
-------------------------------------------------------------
Column 1 Column 2
-------------------------------------------------------------
Field 1 Field 2 | Field 3
I would like Field 1 & Field 2 to be on the same line, but on the same column. Is there any way to do that ?

Page layouts only allow the choice of 1 or 2 columns, so you would need to use VisualForce to create a custom page in order to get 3 columns on the same line.
You're not alone in this desire! Having 3 (or more) columns has been posted as an idea on IdeaExchange and many people have voted for it. You may want to cast your vote, too.
