Internal Server Error on Managed Package Upload

I have a managed package which as of version 1.1 now gives me an internal server whenever I attempt to upload it.  Any idea what could cause this? I made a number of changes, one of them was enableing global access on visualforce component attributes.

So they did some magic on the back end and got it working for one version. And then I made a couple changes and tried to upload. And once again an internal server error. And they said to start over with a new case. Should I email you that number too?
